I read a book called "Younger Next Year" and one of the things it tells you to do is weight-bearing exercises. So, I decided to get a trainer through Custom Fitness Concepts and have been training with her for the last 3 months.
I like the fact that the trainer comes to me and I do not have to go anywhere. She tells me what to do and how to do it so that I do not get injured. She also gives me incentives to keep going.
The Custom Fitness Concepts program is terrific. I would definitely recommend it...I think that the value is certainly there.
