I started CFC bootcamp in Feb, 2009 hoping to shed the extra pounds after my first pregnancy. After my first class, I was so sore that I could barely walk but something pushed me to come back again and again. After six months of training (July 2009) I looked and felt great. I am very active by nature and always keep myself busy. However for the first time I really enjoyed working out and I always looked forward to the next class. What makes this work for me is -
