I chose to train with CFC to prepare for my first triathlon. I had participated in a running clinic with CFC previously and found it very helpful. With no swimming background and minimal biking background, I needed a lot of help.
CFC helped me over the psychologic hurdles with the swim, getting me (and my teammates) access to world class swim instruction.
Tom Kalka worked with me directly on the bike, focusing on technique to ensure efficiency and make sure that I still had some juice left for the run.
The CFC program put me squarely on a multi-sport path; I completed my first Triathlon two months ago, have a race in two weeks (longer) and feel confident I will be ready to compete in an IronMan race in the coming years.
