We had 3 bids for a new furnace and a/c. Crain was by far the best bid, best quality for equipment in the home, they do not sub contract their repair work. It is a family owned business and they have all in-house personnel and they are constantly in touch with the customer.
There was no pressure to buy and Cody was very helpful with questions or concerns. We are extremely happy with Crain and we look forward to their maintenance of our new Lennox furnace and air conditioning unit. This is a long lasting business relationship for our heating and air conditioning of our home. Thank you.
