Stacey, was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. She also gives you a helpful "Reminder" call the day before your service. Mike, who performed maintenance on our unit, was knowledgeable, courteous, respectful of our home, neat and clean (protective shoe covers) when entering our home, and friendly. He answered all our questions and performed a thorough cleaning of our unit. He also gave us a call to let us know when he would be arriving and was very prompt. Awesome Experience with Crain. Highly recommend. We will be calling in the Fall.
