We were in need of a new furnace and air conditioner. Crain came out and was very helpful and informative in the quoting processes. They listened to our concerns and worked with us to decide on the best fit for our house and budget. The installation was very straightforward and took about 8 hours. We have had a chance to run both the furnace and the air conditioner in the 3 months since it has been installed and have been very pleased!
