I chose Crain for my furnace / a/c and hot water heater replacements in January and I'm sure glad I did. As I was replacing my furnace filter this Saturday morning the plastic wrap was sucked up my furnace shaft. I called a local HVAC company and they stated the charge would be $208 minimum for a weekend call to take a look. Then I recalled that Crain staffed techs on weekends. Crain did the work for $59. The technician, Marlyn, was prompt, courteous and very competent. He reached up the shaft and pulled out a large piece of plastic wrap. And then removed a panel in another location and found the rest of the plastic. Great service at a reasonable price! It made my day!!
