Called Conway Services when our AC stopped blowing cold air. Josh was sent and was very professional and thorough in his assessment. He even wore plastic over his shoes when he came in the house. I would recommend this company to friends and family. Their goal is to do all they can to satisfy the customer and everyone I've spoken with so far has done a great job in carrying that banner. more

Have used Conway in the past and have been very satisfied. Richard W was my service specialist who came to perform a maintenance check on my air conditioning units. He was extremely thorough, explained and showed me what needed to be replaced as well as informed me what I need to keep an eye on in the future. Upfront pricing and excellent, honest service. more

Both of my AC units went down after a power outage. I called Conway and then sent someone out in less than 4 hours (had to wait for the units to un-freeze). They called to let me know when Simpson was on his way. Simpson did a very thorough review of all components and discovered that a power surge caused the issue. Simpson made the needed electrical adjustments and made sure that everything else was working. Soon my home was back to the desired temperature. I only had to pay for the service call and never once did I feel as if the service technician was attempting to up the price on me, which did not happen as I had only the cost of the service call (no parts). Simpson explained everything in detail and left me with some items to consider to prevent future occurances. Overall, a great job, I was very pleased with the service. more

I must say they did an exceptional job! In addition to the excellent work-they took extra care in making sure that our home was protected and still cleaned up afterwards! The technician who came to service our unit was great. He explained everything and suggested joining the company's comfort plan to avoid costly repairs in the future. When he had to come a second time because our dog chewed through the wiring repair he'd just made, he was very gracious and understanding. Overall, the company does what it says it will and has highly skilled and professional techs on the job. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Technician was courteous and efficient. There was a violent thunderstorm in the area and instead of cancelling he worked in the rain, The company called before he arrived to tell us he was on the way and we received a follow up call to make sure our service was satisfactory. The price was quoted beforehand and was as stated. more

The service was exceptional. Jay D. and Dan T. were professional in their work. They covered the floor where they would be carrying equipment in and out of my house. They left the work areas clean. While they were working Charlie M. came by to check for a leak in my 2nd unit as I had requested. After assessing the problem with it I decided to replace that unit also. An appointment was made for the next day. The job before mine took longer than they anticipated, but they came on after 6 p.m. and assured me they would not rush but would do a good job. I appreciated that they were willing to work until 9 p.m. to finish that installation. Thank you for allowing that same crew to do both jobs. more

I have never had a service person spend as much time cleaning and checking out my units. I knew my other HVAC company wasn't the best, but I had not idea how bad they were compared to Conway. The old company never spent more than 30 minutes cleaning and checking my units. Chris spent 5 hours on his first trip to my house, correcting things that had been overlooked and undone in the past. He is the best service person ever! more

Charlie was effiicent and businesslike as he explained the condition of my sytstems. He told me what I might expect in the future and gave me an option of meeting with someone who would explain replacement options. I was comfortable with having him in my home. more

Josh presents himself as a polite, hard working, extremely knowledgeable plumbing technician. He started working immediately, took time to explain his findings, as well as how some of the systems work. After a number of hours (huge house!), Josh wrote out the work sheet with estimates, was extrememly patient while I called my husband to explain and then went to work immediately on a few of the problem areas. With his roofing experience, Josh was able to repair the vent boot on the roof that was allowing water to leak onto a hot water heater. He even took extra time to try to solve a leaking shower faucet. Josh is a hard working young man who spent a lot of time at our house and when I asked if he had another appointment to go to after ours, he smiled and said something like: " you are my main priority right now" Great public relations!! Great service with a smile!! Once we get moved in and get settled, we'll call to work on a few of the other problem areas. Glad the former owners told us about Conway Services!! (your admn staff/receptionists have great public relations skills, also!!) Thank you!! more

Dallas arrived promptly, was extremely friendly and courteous. He took the time to explain what he was doing and actually taught me a little bit about the A/C system in our new house. Dallas was very professional and seemed to really enjoy his job. He even had to wait out a thunder storm but once the weather improved, he continued working with a smile and didn't seem rushed. Once he left, I realized I forgot to ask him how to program my thermostats. I'll contact y'all once I am officially moved into my house.
