Install HVAC 5/1/2014

Howard and the crew were on time and did a very professional job. They did not have a lot of room to move in our attic, but worked around and were able to install a new HVAC system. Afterwards, they showed me the whole system, went over everything and made sure we were satisfied with the job. more

Great Service, Very Professional 4/9/2014

Gave it 5 stars because I am not sure what they could have done any better. First, their price for "summerizing" my system was $10-$20 less than their competition. Second, Mark was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He gave me options, not scare tactics. I felt I could trust him. He didn't smell like cigarettes. Clean, professional, courteous, knowledgeable. I will use these guys again. more

Hickory 3/17/2014

Hickory was very knowledgeable in answering and demonstrating the issues he found while servicing our units. He also took the time to balance our system vents which I forgot to ask for when the serviceman made his visit in the fall. He took all the time he felt he needed then set down with me to make recommendations. I have always been satisfied with the work your servicemen have done at our house and you have another "winner" in Hickory Henley. more

Excellent WaterHeater replacement. 3/17/2014

I had Conway come out and evaluate a hot water heating problem. I was already planning to replace this unit when the problem occurred. Both technicians, we're professional and courteous. The called before arriving, prep reaped the house with proper covering of the floors and carpet. Replacement took about 2 hours and was installed correctly. They reviewed the installation with me to ensure I was satisfied. I recommend Anthony L and William B if you have water heater problems. Over all price was a little higher than some but, I feel worth it considering that quality of he the install. more
