Conway Services - 9/9/2012

This was the first time we used Conway. I would most definately call them again. This was an "emergency" call. They were quick to respond. When the technician (Ty ) arrived he was polite and very helpful. He explained what was causing the problem and had helpful information on how to prevent it from happening again. He explained how the system worked and what was needed to fix the issue. I am very happy with the service/pricing that i received. more

Bathroom Sink Cleared 8/26/2012

Chuck did a great job clearing my master bath and guest bathroom sinks. The sink were completely clogged and Chuck was able to clear the clog in a timely fashion. Both sinks are draining great now. more

Josh Blase was my service tech and was very nice and knowledgable. The service call came in a timely manner and I was given information that will help me make a decision as I am preparing to purchase a new air conditioning unit in the very near future. What he did will help me make it until I can financially make this purchase in this very hot summer. more

New A/C Unit & Air Handler Install 6/30/2012

I recently had a new a/c unit & air handler installed. Howard W. was one of the install techs assigned. From the very beginning his attitude , knowledge & politeness made me feel @ ease under the circumstances. He & his partner really cared about making this project a positive experience.He was on time , didn't waste any of my time along with theirs , got started on the project promptly & stayed with it until completion. He went the extra mile to make sure that my floor coverings were protected , answered any & all questions I had & even swept up the insulation that had fallen from the attic stairs. He along with his partner were real professionals & I would gladly recommend him to family , friends or anyone else in need of this type service.Even after a long & very hot day his attitude was really refreshing. I along with my family have had many of Conways' Service techs in our homes over the years. Howard along with his partner are rated @ the very top! more

A/C Unit & Air Handler Install 6/30/2012

I just recently had a new a/c unit along with a new air handler installed. Willie G. was one of the install techs. He was extremely nice , very knowledgeable & really took extra measures to make sure my experience was positive under the circumstances. He went the extra mile on a very long & hot day. He was on time & wasted none of his or my time getting started & staying with the project until completion. He even swept up the insulation that had fallen onto the floor from the attic stairs @ completion. I've had many of Conway Service techs in my home along with my parents. We are long time customers & I must say that he & his partner by far exceeded my expectations. I would gladly recommend him to family , friends or anyone who is in need of this type service.Great attitude & a high character gentleman for sure! more

air conditioning above and beyond 6/28/2012

The nice people at Conway have all been fantastic. Buying an expensive piece of equipment is never fun but they have made it as painless and expedient as possible. My service/installation techs were at my house from 4-almost midnight with a difficult install. I live in a stucco home and they took special care not to damage it. Despite the 100+degree weather they stuck it out until the job was done. They were polite and considerate in my home and cleaned up immaculately when they left. Which had to be hard because of the heat and fatigue. I honestly can say that my home is cool today because of their hard work and i know these guys are back out at it in the 100degree weather today, just as polite and concerned as they were here. thanks guys! more

Great Service 6/20/2012

This was a second inspection scheduled for today. The first was a plumbing inspection with the second being the air conditioning. Richard exhibited the same professional attitude. I mentioned some small problems that I had noticed. He came up with a solution to each one. He also found a defective motor start capacitor and replaced it. Richard also mentioned some upgrades which I am considering. Another job well done. more
