Chris Griffis spent a good deal of time at our home yesterday checking for various problems that we have in our HVAC system. He was very thorough in describing each situation and what could be done to address each problem. Chris was quite willing to answer all my questions and never seemed in a hurry to move on to his next job, wanting to make sure I was satisfied. Tarqus arrived on time, he was professional and positive. He thoroughly inspected my entire system and made recommendations of improvement that were needed to ensure my system runs smoothly. He took the time to actually show me in detail the issues. He listened to my questions and answered them completely. He spent a few hours determining what caused my fuse to blow instead of just changing it out and moving on to the next job. I appreciated that extra effort. Service turn out very pleasent starting @ 7:45 am with the lady answering tghe phone, at first I was still annoyed because of the problems I was having with the air condition at the house knowing it would be a task getting someone to service my house in one day. My surprise was that after the information that was needed given, I was told that a technician would be at my house around the 10 am hour. Sure enough, a little pass ten oclock, I receive a call stateing that a technican was just leaving the Whitehaven area and headed my way; and I was given his name (Mark). Since I was at work, I went home and just a few minutes later Mark arrives, he introduce himself and ask if he could put on some "booties" so that he would not track up the floors. The house always needs to be attended to, so I assure him that it was not necessary. Mark went threwout the operation system and explain the problem and what was needed without putting on any pressure, he gave several options that I may pick from and also explained to the wife. As I told Mark, I choose Conway because of the advertising and the reviews I read. It was a good expertise that I received. more

Very fast and knowledgeable. The crew was super polite and very understanding. I had an adter hours emergency and they were prompt to arrive. The guy even stayed until 1 am to help me fix my problem. more

Chris G. helped us with a follow-up issue on our A/C unit. He corrected the problem very quickly. We also asked him to followup on another noise we heard from another A/C unit. Mr Gant arrived in a timely manner; was very friendly, also careful to cover his boots so as not to stain our carpet. He gave our A/C system a through review and cleaning and explained all the recommended repairs. He was very experienced regarding the equipment and professional in all manners of doing his job. more
