Josh presents himself as a polite, hard working, extremely knowledgeable plumbing technician. He started working immediately, took time to explain his findings, as well as how some of the systems work. After a number of hours (huge house!), Josh wrote out the work sheet with estimates, was extrememly patient while I called my husband to explain and then went to work immediately on a few of the problem areas. With his roofing experience, Josh was able to repair the vent boot on the roof that was allowing water to leak onto a hot water heater. He even took extra time to try to solve a leaking shower faucet. Josh is a hard working young man who spent a lot of time at our house and when I asked if he had another appointment to go to after ours, he smiled and said something like: " you are my main priority right now"
Great public relations!! Great service with a smile!! Once we get moved in and get settled, we'll call to work on a few of the other problem areas. Glad the former owners told us about Conway Services!! (your admn staff/receptionists have great public relations skills, also!!) Thank you!!
