Technician was courteous and efficient. There was a violent thunderstorm in the
area and instead of cancelling he worked in the rain, The company called before he
arrived to tell us he was on the way and we received a follow up call to make sure
our service was satisfactory. The price was quoted beforehand and was as stated.
