bruce arrived much earlier that my original estimate which was great because my pipes had burst and water was pouring from my house. he had to stay about 8 hours to get all of the problems fixed. he was very patient in spite of encountering several unexpected problems and having to do most of the work lying under my house in several inches of water. he worked to be sure he had found every possible potential problem, assuring me he would not leave until everything was taken care of. great customer service! more

Rinnai Tankless Heater Installation 12/31/2013

Conway Services installed a Rinnai tankless water heater for us. We were impressed with the high level of professionalism during the estimating process and with the professionalism and high level of experience their service technicians provided during the install. We had several companies provide quotes to install the tankless heater. Conway was the only company to actually take measurements to verify there would be enough BTU's available at the unit for it to function properly, other companies were just guessing. The fact that they did the pressure drop calculations gave me confidence they knew what they were doing and they did. The installation was very clean and looks great. We're thourougly enjoying our new tankless heater. Now we can wash dishes, wash clothes, and take a shower without running out of hot water even in the coldest months of the year. I would highly recommend doing business with Conway. Thanks, Jonathan more

Although I will say that a fabulous job was done on my Hot Water Heater. I think it is outrageous being charged 2000 bucks for a 30 gallon gas tank. more

Phillip was very professional and very nice! He did a great job and answered all of our questions and made sure we understood everything before he left. I would recommend him to work in everyone's house that I know. Also, Conway Services is the best company to do business with. John Conway should be a consultant to the rest of the business world on how to treat people. more

Great Job! 10/26/2013

Wiley, Chris S and Billy W were excellent - very professional! Wiley worked with us on repair/replace options, cost, and payment options. Chris S and Billy W installed a new furnace and installed ductwork in one day, working well into the evening, so that my wife wouldn't have to take off work the next day. Only stopped for lunch for about 30 minutes and right back to it. They were great! more

Our experience with Conway was professional from start to finish. They arrived on time, were polite and courteous the whole job, used good products, took the time to explain each part of the job and consult with us, put coverings on their shoes and on the floor in the house, and cleaned up every bit of debris leaving no trace they were there! Exceptional service on a tight deadline with several unexpected problems 9/9/2013

I recently had my entire A/C system upgraded by Conway Services on a tight deadline. They were able to go from estimate to completed service in less than 3 days. Which is even more exceptional when they discovered that the ductwork in my house needed to be completely ripped out and re-run, something that they didn't originally estimate, so they did not charge me any extra for it. They trained me how to use my new thermostat and cleaned up leaving no trace that they'd just gutted my attic. I'd recommend them to anyone needing A/C service in the MidSouth. more

I certainly, without a doubt, selected the right organization to engage with for replacing my builder-provided & inefficient A/C unit after it failed after @ 10 years of mediocre service. From Charles (who responded on the day I called w/ complete, on-site technical analysis), to Shannon who followed-up in-person the next day (answering each and every question related to a number of issues / concerns) on through to the installation team of Cody, Jason D. and Justin D who all performed a top-notch installation (well within the quoted time-frame). All were not only quite personable, but fully professional indeed. "no stone left unturned". Looking forward to my 1 free year in Conway's "Comfort Club" (intend to extend when that year expires). Conway Service After Hours 8/28/2013

Willie G is such a nice person.....and he was thorough in his attempts to find out what was wrong with our AC. He never found anything but it started cooling again while he was here......he's got the touch!! more

39 weeks pregnant, AC went out! 8/22/2013

Our A/C went out in mid August, 9 days from my wife's due date. I called at 6:30 PM and Conway had a technician out to us before 9. Willie gave a detailed inspection and let me know his findings along the way. There was no pressure to purchase more than what was needed. He even gave me tips on routine maintenance for my particular AC unit. Excellent service! Happy wife, happy life! more

Antonio and Tarqus were our Service Technicians. Tarqus was very informative regarding the steps required to evaluate our existing air conditioning unit. Antonio was neat and organized while doing the evaluation. Both technicians were confident with their work. Based on their evaluation of our system, my decision options were clearer. more
