Would Definitely Recommend! 7/5/2017

We needed a new heat pump and air conditioning unit to be installed outside our home, this was a bit complicated since we would also need a new air duct to replaced in order to accommodate the new machine. We called up Comfort First Heating & Cooling. The HVAC professionals showed up on time and we were very impressed with how professional they were. They really took the time to explain things to me and let me know why they did things a certain way. They were very informative and polite when educating me on the HVAC unit. We are very happy with the end result! more

Excellent Experience! 6/26/2017

I had an excellent experience with Comfort First Heating & Cooling. I had a problem with my air conditioning unit and they did a great job fixing it for me. The technicians were on time and fixed the problem in an hour. I have had no problems with my air conditioning since and am satisfied with their service. Their pricing is reasonable compared to other similar companies. This was my first time using them and I would definitely use them again in the future if I need to. more

Great Customer Service ! 6/22/2017

I have been using Comfort First Heating & Cooling for quite some time now. I own a couple homes and I rent them out so I always need a reliable HVAC technician. I pay a monthly fee to Comfort First and they come by twice a year to clean my A/C unit. They always do a great job and I have never had any problems dealing with them. They have great customer service and they communicate very well, which is very important since I'm not usually on the job-site. Since I am a member they also offer a discounted price to any other services I may need besides the A/C cleaning. Thanks for everything ! Mothly fee twice a year. memeber so they give us dicounts more

HVAC Installation 6/13/2017

From the time my air conditioner went down until the new HVAC unit was installed, everyone I worked with at Comfort First were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. When your business office air conditioning unit decides it has had enough, you automatically go into panic mode. Once Comfort First got on site and diagnosed the problem and it was determined the unit was old and needed replacing, they were able to bring in two window units to at least keep my staff cool and able to continue working. I can not say enough about the installation team, they were professional and clean, making sure everything was back in it's place before they left. And Ricky made sure to tell me on their service team and to be sure to tell my friends about Comfort First. Thanks again to the entire Team at a Comfort First for an excellent job! more

A little pricey but worth it 5/25/2017

Get rid of the 800 number as most 800 numbers are selling something and I often don't answer them. Make routine maintenance windows two hours. more

Great JOB!! 4/14/2017

Great service, excellent workers! They promised us that the job would be done in three days and it was. Even if they had to stay late on the third day. The gentlemen were kind, honest and considerate of all our needs. We have cats and they always asked where they were and if they could enter the room where they were kept before entering. They took the time to let us know about their progress at the end of each day and asked if they could come at a specific time the next morning. They were always on time. I have already recommend this company to someone who needed a new HVAC unit put in. more
