The representatives were all very respectful and helpful.The only suggestion would be to leave the customers with an instruction pamphlet on how to work the thermostat. more

Technician was knowledgeable and did an excellent job, He used a hose and water to clean fan, etc. This was the first time a service technician cleaned the outside unit. more

Always reliable service and skilled technicians whenever I need work done. Whether it be a routine service for maintenance or if I need a repair I can count on them. Technicians are always very polite, answer my endless questions and genuinely want to make the customer happy. Very pleased with them and would highly recommend them if you need a repair. more

Five-Star Experience! 4/12/2018

I had a five-star experience with Comfort First Heating & Cooling. The staff replaced a part of my HVAC system about a year ago and I have been using them for the unit ever since. I would describe the employees as nice and courteous. I can tell that the employees know what they are doing and I appreciate the staff cleaning up after the work is completed. I would definitely recommend the company to other people and I would be happy to use them in the future. more

New installation 4/3/2018

We got quotes to replace our 23 year old heatpump.Renea was very helpful.Installers,office personnel,technicians have all been great.We had to have them come back out several times now to fix a few things that came bad from manufacter but not from their installation.Lineset replaced and thermostat replaced.Their were several other guys but dont remember their names-sorry guys.They have all been nice and professional which goes back to the type of management you have.Thank you more

Very pleasing! 3/29/2018

I have had Comfort First Heating & Cooling out many, many, many times to come and do service, including every season. They are usually on time and pretty prompt; they call to confirm the appointment and let me know when they are on their way--and they do a good job. The most recent service they performed for me was a seasonal maintenance check, and everything was perfect. I would tell someone who's considering Comfort First that they are on it and will come right out. It's no problem, and the techs they've sent to my house are very knowledgeable and quick to get things ordered if they need to be ordered. They don't put me off. more

I recently used Comfort First Heating & Cooling for the first time to do some work on my heating and cooling unit. I thought that the technician was very professional and friendly. I was satisfied with the results, so I think that I would recommend their service to other people. I appreciate that the technician checked everything and told me what I needed to know about the unit. Everything is working well, so I'm also happy about that. more
