From the time my air conditioner went down until the new HVAC unit was installed, everyone I worked with at Comfort First were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. When your business office air conditioning unit decides it has had enough, you automatically go into panic mode. Once Comfort First got on site and diagnosed the problem and it was determined the unit was old and needed replacing, they were able to bring in two window units to at least keep my staff cool and able to continue working. I can not say enough about the installation team, they were professional and clean, making sure everything was back in it's place before they left. And Ricky made sure to tell me on their service team and to be sure to tell my friends about Comfort First. Thanks again to the entire Team at a Comfort First for an excellent job!
