We needed a replacement for an existing HVAC system. Comfort First did a thorough job helping us to assess our requirements for a new unit. The installation crew knew what they were doing and communicated extremely well to us. And, the office staff gave us a thorough debriefing on warranties and service support. We replaced our 15-year old heat pump with a heat pump installed by Comfort First Heating & Cooling of Sanford. Everyone we came in contact with at Comfort First was very professional and knowledgeable. The first person we came in contact with was Renee McFadden, Project Manager. She was extremely professional and explained the process that Comfort First would use in developing equipment recommendations that would best suit the size of our home. The heat pump, air handler, and duct work was installed within a few days of us signing the contract. The Installer, Jeremy, and his crew did a great job as well. Jeremy did a good job of explaining things to us when we had questions. The job was completed sooner than we anticipated. He and his crew did a thorough cleanup after completion. Krysta, Installation Coordinator, coordinated the scheduling of our inspection, handled the registration of the equipment, and took care of the rebates and warranties for us. She handled these items in a professional and timely manner. It was very obvious that everyone we had contact with at Comfort First really took pride in their work. They were very customer service oriented, and they did everything they could to insure that we had a favorable experience. Overall, we were impressed with the pre-installation process and installation of the equipment. Since the system is only a week old, we are unable to comment at this time on the long-term system performance and maintenance. more

My inital contact with Renee McFadden Project Manager for picking a new air conditioner was great. Renee was a true professional at her job. Her mission was to make me comfortable in picking the right HVAC for my home. Renee covered every aspect of the process from the beginning to end. Always insuring to help me pick out the right unit for my comfort level. When all is said and done I have the right unit for my home. Along with the protection that comes with the unit. My overall experience with comfort first was great. We had some confusion in the beginning because different technicians had different ideas about what was wrong with my unit. Once we figured the entire unit was in need of a replacement everything went smooth. The customer support rep. Beth did an exceptional job working with HSA to resolve concerns and confusion. She was also able to help me use the insurance that I had a right to use. Great job to the entire inside representative team!! more
