I had a great experience, from speaking with Art to get the quote, scheduling install, and follow up on a minor problem, which was resolved in less than 24 hours. The install team was professional, courteous, and prompt. I am very happy that I went with Comfort First. more

Great Service 12/15/2017

I had an excellent experience with Comfort First Heating & Cooling. I hired the company to repair my air conditioning unit and I was really happy with the results that I got from them. This was my first time using them and I would definitely use the company again for another service if I needed to. I didn't have any issues with the staff and the technician who came out to do the repair was very professional. I would recommend them to other people. more

Complete system replacement 11/7/2017

We had our complete HVAC system replaced in October 2017. The crew arrived on time and started working immediately. Everyone took great care in keeping everything clean as they worked, under the house and in the house. Everyone was very polite and they were very professional looking. The work trucks were very nice looking and clean, again very professional looking sitting in front of my house. I had a new HVAC system install and my ducts installed. They came out and spent time designing my system. The system works great!! It is quite and it cools and heats my whole house evenly. It is wonderful. I also like the fact that they answer the phone every time I have called. Fantastic people and great workmanship. I would recommend Comfort First to anyone. more

Heat exchanger replacement. 10/16/2017

The Technician did a great job, he was very professional, discussed what he was going to be doing and kept me informed through the process. I have an older Trans Heat Pump that has been discontinued for some time. He was experienced with Trane’s however this was one of the more difficult units that he hadn’t worked. He spent longer than normal but did a great job going over and above norm. Great custom service! more
