Horrible would never recommend they are scammers 4/6/2017

First of all they were supposed to come between 1-5 never showed up till after 5:30 didn't even call to say he was going to be late. Then he found a leak in the condenser and instead of just recommending they replace that he wrote on the work order that the whole unit and duct work were not up to capacity. Trying to upsell ! I have had several companies over the years that have looked at this system never not ONCE has anyone ever told me that the duct work was not up to capacity! I have a family friend that is in the air & heating business and called him for his opinion and he said the duct work is fine. And to change the duck work would be ridiculous! DO NOY USE THIS COMPANY more

I ask for Ryan Gurracino whenever I need my Trane units repaired or maintenance performed. Ryan is a true professional, very likable, a pleasure to be around. He always explains what he does and I feel good about his service. more

Installed complete HVAC system 3/28/2017

My home was built in 1995. I bought it in 2003 and replaced the original gas pack once. By 2016 the entire subfloor duct system had been destroyed by humidity. One of the owners, Art Harman, came by to analyze my needs and made a very sensible recommendation. I took his advice to replace an entirely worn out and slightly undersized system. I could not be more pleased with the product, installation and customer service. Thank you, Comfort First! more

Service Call 3/28/2017

This spring has arrived and when I turned my AC on I was not getting any cool air, so I placed a service call to Comfort First. The tech diagnosed is as a hole in the cooling line and repaired it quickly and had the cool air flowing again in no time. Tech was very professionals and knowledgeable of the system and explained thing so that I would understand it. They are my HVAC people. more

I was introduced to Comfort First as a result of an American Home Shield claim. However, the service and professionalism of the Comfort First people were such that I gladly entered into a preventive maintenance contract, something I had planned on doing anyway - I just didn't know who to go with. No regrets here, and I'll renew my maintenance agreement with Comfort First as soon as possible. more

We are completely satisfied with Comfort First Heating and Cooling. We are on a contract with them for seasonal maintenance, so they come out twice a year. The price is comparable to anyone else. They're good and we like them. more

Fast Response and Efficient Work 3/20/2017

Comfort First Heating and Cooling did some maintenance on our thermostat and were overall great to work with. They came quickly to figure out the problem and now our thermostat is working very well!. They were very friendly and nice to work with and I would use them again if I had the chance to. No complaints! more
