I have had Comfort First Heating & Cooling out many, many, many times to come and do service, including every season. They are usually on time and pretty prompt; they call to confirm the appointment and let me know when they are on their way--and they do a good job. The most recent service they performed for me was a seasonal maintenance check, and everything was perfect. I would tell someone who's considering Comfort First that they are on it and will come right out. It's no problem, and the techs they've sent to my house are very knowledgeable and quick to get things ordered if they need to be ordered. They don't put me off.
