Excellent, personal service 7/12/2013

Joe is very focused on customer-service. He listened as I described our household, living style, pets and rugs. He was patient answering questions. He even offered a reminder to check for online discounts, which I found and used! In the end, the rugs are gorgeous...showing their true colors and no longer smelling dank and dirty. They really did dry in 3 hrs or so, even in this humid summer weather. I will definitely use Joe and Colonial Chem-Dry again. more

Excellent 7/10/2013

Leo and his brother were pleasant, efficient, on time, and did a great job. I have used Chem-Dry in the past and have always been very satisfied. I also use the spray in between cleanings whenever I see a spot (I have wall to wall throughout) , and it works very well . more

Much better than steam cleaning 7/3/2013

I had badly stained carpets from the kids dropping food and stuff but they are like brand new again. I will definatly use them again without hesitation. more

Leo did an amazing job on my carpet today. It was badly stained and came out looking far better than I'd hoped. He was pleasant, on time, and I'll definitely request him again. I couldn't be happier with the service I got; it was worth every penny. more

Hi there! We've had Colonial Chem Dry clean our carpets several times since moving to Natick. Leo DeLaCruz has come twice & he came today. He is extremely quick, thorough & beyond friendly. He actually asked about our dog who recently passed away. The fact that he remembered spoke volumes for who he is as a person. The guy, I'm so sorry I can't recall his name, who came to clean the rugs was early, efficient, pleasant, and informative. He helped me think through my options and identify the best options for my needs. And he helped me move stuff I didn't get around to moving before hand. I've used this company before and expect I will continue to. more

Excellent service and reliable 4/5/2013

I have two dogs and two little boys and I use Colonial for cleaning my rugs often. They are flexible and accomodating with pick-up and drop-off times and the rugs are like new when they come back. more

excellent on-site drapery cleaning 4/3/2013

I used these guys to clean my drapes in two rooms on-site (no need to take them down or re-hang them). They had pet stains (urine, dog fur, mud) all along the bottoms. The serviceman took a great deal of time and got every bit of stain out. Great job! more

Nicely done... personable, efficient 4/3/2013

The service person certainly had a job on his hands - I have 3 black cats - and they occasionally have "GI issues" which I try to clean up with over the counter rug cleaner - not really very successful. By the time he was finished the rugs looked brand new and were dry in a flash. I wouldn't hesitate to call again. more

I am a fanatic neatnik with wool carpeting, but I am the only person in the family who habitually spills black coffee. Chem-Dry can work miracles! And buy their spray on spot remover to use when disaster strikes. more

Phenomenal experience 2/28/2013

Our daughter was playing with some friends and several bottles of nail polish fell on the floor, broke and splattered onto an adjacent carpet. We called Chem Dri and within 1.5 hours a courteous professional was at our door. Brian explained all of our options and quickly set about to remove the stains and salvage the carpet. We couldn't be more pelased. more

Great service and results - very happy! 2/16/2013

We used Colonial Chem-Dry to clean our carpeting in 5 rooms (2 down, 3 upstairs) and the stairs and hallway. We have very pale-colored carpeting, so dirty areas and dribbled coffee really stand out. The tech, Tim, was very courteous and professional and explained everything thoroughly. He was very careful in moving furniture. We are very pleased with the results - the carpets look great! We will definitely use Colonial again! more
