Great work and a Very Positive Experience 5/30/2014

We had our curtains and blinds cleaned The service was timely (the service rep. arrived at the time promised) and the work was done in a very professional and timely way. Before beginning, the service rep. explained what could be done and what couldn't by way of cleaning outcomes (some of our curtains had sun damage) and gave us an option of skipping some of the work for the damaged pieces (saving us money). We couldn't have been happier with the work and will use Colonial Chem-Dry again more

I have used Colonial Chem Dry for a few years now and have never been disappointed . The job is always excellent, the technician polite and helpful . I appreciate the quality of their work and have had a great job every time! I have had Phil most times and he is really careful and also takes the time to answer all of your questions. Outstanding! 5/29/2014

Manny from Colonial Chem-Dry did a great job on my carpets. Other professional cleaners have cleaned the carpets in the past but never with the great results of the Chem-Dry cleaning. Manny was professional, prompt, informative, gave a quote up-front and then did an awesome job. He took 3 area rugs for in-plant cleaning -- I'm hoping the work will be as high-quality as the in-home work. I would use Colonial Chem-Dry again and will request Manny. I highly recommend Chem-Dry. Thanks! more

Excellent! 5/28/2014

I've had both upholstery and carpeting cleaned by Colonial Chem Dry a number of times. It never varies, they always do an excellent job. The technicians are always very nice and knowledgeable. The work is always done perfectly and in a timely manner. Scheduling is easy and customer care is obviously important to them. I can't imagine using any other service! more

Thorough, nice, timely 5/23/2014

I needed my carpets cleaned and Colonial was able to come out 2 days later. I'm embarrassed by how dirty my rugs were and I wasn't expecting miracles. I'm very impressed with how clean my carpets now look and how hard the technician worked to get up many stains. The carpets aren't perfect, there are some stains that wouldn't budge, like dye, but the majority of stains were removed and the carpets look cleaner and brighter. And smell fresher. more

I have my rugs done every six months and this is the only company I use. They are always on time, polite, helpful, professional and respectful if my home. I would never let anyone else in. My 14 year old carpets continue to look great! Thank you!!!! more

Excellent and professional service 5/16/2014

I am very pleased with services received. My rug looks and smells great! As a home childcare provider it was very important to get an appointment on a Saturday. I had called on a Tuesday and got a Sat. appt. that week. They were very professional on the phone and in person. more

Excellent as Usual 5/2/2014

I have used Colonial Chem-Dry several times and have never been disappointed. This experience was the same. My tech, Phil, was courteous and professional. I love this process because, as opposed to other cleaning services, the rugs are not saturated upon completion. Our rugs are by no means new but Colonial Chem-Dry put a sparkle back in them as well as a clean fresh smell. more

Another great job 4/24/2014

I've used Colonial Chem-Dry for carpets, bathroom ceramic tile (a really great idea) & upholstery cleaning & each result was perfect. Service people are always courteous & neat. I wish they'd change their name & remove chem-dry as I think people don't realize how environmentally aware this company is & I know that meant a lot to me & perhaps to others. But with chem in the name you might think their products are somewhat unsafe-which they aren't. more

My carpet was cleaned very well, including getting rid of cat hairs I had not previously noticed as well as a few stains. Joe did a great job and the carpet looks good as new! more
