Great experience! 6/3/2011

We had water damage in our basement from all of the ice and snow in the winter. The technician was very upfront and honest that all of the water stains might not come out of the carpet. However, he did an excellent job, and the carpet looks wonderful! The technician had a cancellation, so he called to see if he could come to our house earlier if it was convenient for me. He thoroughly cleaned up the basement when he was done with the carpet, and he was very friendly and personable. more

Excellent on every level 5/20/2011

Very professional staff from the beginning to end. After contacting the Chem-Dry office, Kerri explained every detail of the cost and product used and "sold" me on their process. Joe, the service tec, arrived on time and did an excellent job on my rugs, couch and chair. Everything dried quickly and looks great. more

Excellent results 5/10/2011

I've used Colonial Chem-Dry a few times on wall-to-wall carpeting that had some feline problems and have always been pleased with the results. Today I had a small entry marble tile floor cleaned and polished by Tim and it looks like a new floor - clean, shiny and beautiful. I am very happy with this company. more

I was extremely pleased with the initial contact via e-mail after researching carpet cleaning online. Person who came to the house was very thorough and was able to get out some very large spots and carpet looked like new! I would highly recommend the company to anyone in need of this service! more

Joe T. did a very good job cleaning the carpet. He was nice enough to call ahead and let me know he was running late ... When he showed up he sized up the job, went through the pricing options, helped me with right package and then got to work. I would use Joe's service again. more

Tim was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about caring for our carpets and rugs on an ongoing basis. He was very personable, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The carpets look amazing, he was even able to get paint stains out!! We would definitely recommend Tim and Colonial Chem-Dry, and will have them back again to clean the rest of our carpets. more

Kudos to Phil 4/10/2011

Colonial Chem-Dry has done wonders for my carpets which admitedly are a few shades to light handle 3 kids under 8 years old. Phil has come out a number of times and has been fabulous in assessing stains and recommending a treatment. He also tries to give me the best price and is efficient and expidient! As long as I have these creamy carpets, Colonial Chem-Dry has a customer! more

Nice and super-effective 3/25/2011

I've used Colonial ChemDry 4-5 times on our wall-to-wall bedroom carpets, and this was the best ever! I had some traffic stains, spots, and "air filtration" stains along the edges and in closet doorways. My serviceperson, Joe T, spent a lot of time on the job and got ALL the stains out. I've always had good people, but he got the best results. Ask for Joe T and get the stain repellant. It's worth it! more

Compliments for the service and personnel 3/25/2011

Having carpets cleaned can be hard work for the homeowner. Not so when using the services of Colonial Chem-Dry. The hardest part is taking the time to call. Once the call is make for an appointment, the rest is taken care by the people at Colonial. Our favorite tech is Tim, he arrives on time, proceeds to move furniture and begns the cleaning process. We have been using Colonial for 10 years and Tim has completed the cleaning each time in a very professional manor. It is a pleasure to welcome him in to do the job for us!!!! As the years have progressed the technology of products and equipment used has improved which is seen by the end results. Needless to say, we are very pleased and would recommend to anyone who needs professional carpet cleaning. more

Always exceed expectations... 3/22/2011

I have used Colonial Chem-Dry three times -- twice for cleaning of wall-to-wall carpeting and once for cleaning of an area rug. Each service performed was completed above expectation. Communication with the Colonial Chem-Dry representatives is always timely and informative. The service technicians were always prompt and friendly, while taking great care to ensure that there was little impact to our house during and after the service. I would highly recommend Colonial Chem-Dry and intend to use them for future service. more
