Perfect Service and Quality 9/14/2011

This is the only company we use for these issues. Had some water stains from a dehumidifier overflow. Phil came, extremely pleasant and polite, explained what he could do. Wasn't pushy in any way. Did the job very well and at a reasonable cost. We have always recommended them and this job just confirms why we do. We would not call anyone else. more

Excellent in every way. 8/19/2011

Tim and his assistant arrived promptly at noon, introduced themselves and were very personable and well mannered. Tim explained the entire process, including cautions, before beginning the job. They worked diligently for over two hours on my living room carpet, a sofa and a chair. The finished product looked great and I was extremely pleased. I can see why Tim has been with the company for 11 years! more

Great Upholstery Cleaning! 7/14/2011

Tim came to clean my couch today and did a great job! He was very pleasant and professional. I have a pug that sleeps on the couch a lot and after the cleaning it looks great and doesnt smell like him anymore. I would recommend chem dry to any one and would recommend Tim! more

Kitchen and Bathroom Floor Done Very Well 6/17/2011

My only caveat is that it was done 2 weeks ago, and the effectiveness of the sealer has not been proven over time. (This is definitely not a criticism.) more

Excellent service 6/14/2011

The technician that came to our house (Joe) was very professional and did an excellent job. He was on-time, helpful and didn't leave anything behind but a clean carpet. My only complaint would be that the company adverises the carpets will be dry within hours due to their special cleaning process but my carpets were not dry until the following morning. I chose them specifically because of that and was disappointed when it didn't happen. more

A guy came out after complaint and cleaned spots and some edges and even said that the 1st guy didn't do the edges but he had me 'sign off' on the job. I didn't realise the other areas not done at the time. If I knew anything about cleaning carpets, I wouldn't have needed to hire a service in the 1st place. They're supposed to be the pros.. they should have taken care of this. more
