Great company 11/25/2014

I have used Colonial Chem-Dry for carpet, upholstery & ceramic tile cleaning and been extremely satisfied every time. Today I had a couch cleaned by Joe Tingley and he did a great job. Called ahead to say he'd been here in about 10 minutes, arrived right on time & did a very neat & thorough job on my couch. He was very personable & efficient. more

The colonial chem dry rep arrived well within the scheduled time. He reviewed the services and prices and got right to work. My rugs came out great and he left no trace he had been here other than clean carpets. Prices were reasonable and the technician explained all available options. Very pleased. more

Joe arrived on time - even called 20 minutes before - and was a pleasant, dog friendly guy who really knows his business. I appreciated his honesty about what he could do given the age of our carpet and the end results exceeded our expectations. I will surely recommend Colonial to our friends. Thank you. more

Have used this company before when we had full house carpet. We had a boiler issue that leaked over the new carpet and left a stain. Once again, Chem Dry comes through with the solution! more

I am a new customer (first time using Chem-Dry) and based on the experience I had, I will definitely use them again & recommend them to my family & friends. My tech was Phil Lambert & he was amazing. He called & let me know that he would arrive in 15 min; I appreciated the heads up so that I could take my dog out before he arrived. He was friendly & immediately made me feel comfortable. He measured the spaces that were to be cleaned & was willing to give me an estimate for my upstairs areas as well so that I could schedule that in the near future. Then he started cleaning & was done in no time. My carpets look fabulous; I'm extremely happy with my choice to go with Colonial Chem-Dry, it was worth every penny. more

Very pleased with work done. 11/13/2014

I was very pleased with the work done by Joe. He made my very old couch look almost new. I no longer feel as if I need to by a new one. Additionally, an old rug now looks pretty good. He managed to remove unidentifiable stains. It was worth the price. I will use this service again. more

Never disappointed with Colonial Chem-Dry 11/2/2014

I have been using Colonial Chem-Dry for a few years now and I am never disappointed. Joe Tingley cleaned my carpets this time and did a fantastic job. My carpets are getting old and seem to be taking longer to dry when I have them cleaned - I explained this to Joe so he took the time to go over the carpet 4-5 times extracting the water to make sure all the water was out. That made a huge difference in the drying time (thank you Joe!) I had the stain protector applied this time and they are still looking great after a month even in high traffic areas...the extra $ for the protector is definitely worth it! more

Excellent service 10/27/2014

Had both carpet and tile cleaning done today. Top notch work. The guy was here most of the day and cleaned some pretty dirty carpets along with making my kitchen tile look brand new. Even rather old bathroom tile looks rejuvenated. I've only used their carpet cleaning before and have always like that. Now I'm also as please with the tile cleaning. The guy today did an excellent job. more

We had Nic come clean our carpets. During the process our neighborhood lost power. Nic was gracious and professional. He packed up his gear and promised to return after his next scheduled appointment. When he came back (at the time he said he would) he completed the job. Our carpets look brand new!!! Thanks Nic and Chem-Dry!! We will definitely call again!!! more

Excellent Carpet Cleaning Service 10/18/2014

We have had our carpet cleaned several times to remove cat urine. Colonial Chem Dry always does an excellent job. Service is great and the PURT system really helped remove the odor. I highly recommend them. They are very professional and thorough in every aspect of service. more
