Great Job! 4/24/2014

My rugs were picked up on 4/11 with a promise to return in 14 days. They were ready in 11 days. Today Joe returned my rugs. He called before hand at 7:30 (my delivery was between 8 and 10 am) an said he would be at my house in a half hour. Promptly at 8 he was here with all my rugs. He was friendly and even helped me to move my table back onto the main rug. The rugs look great and I was very pleased with how polite Joe was. It was a great experience. I have used Colonial Chem-Dry to clean my stair runner, hallway runner and family room, but had never had any rugs sent out to be cleaned. I will definitely continue to use Chem-Dry for my future needs. Thanks Joe (and Phil and Kelly). You are all very professional. I am one happy customer. :-) more

Excellent service 4/20/2014

I have a preschool in my home, as well as a dog and two cats, (one of which has had some tummy trouble). Joe cleaned both carpets and was able to get out the stains from mishaps made by children (including paint) and animals. I have used Colonial Chem Dry for many years and will continue to do so. more

Always professional 4/12/2014

I have used Chem Dry for carpeting for quite a while. I just tried them for upholstery. I have always found them to be professional and conscientious. From the initial phone call to the day of service, they are helpful and pleasant. Phil L is incredibly meticulous and would strongly recommend him! more

Best Carpet Cleaners Around 4/11/2014

I have used Colonial Chem Dry for years and have always been pleased with the results. Their technicians are polite, professional and informative. Phil (has been with the company for 17 years) and is so knows the business. He answers any questions you may have and explains exactly what he will be doing. He did an excellent job and my rugs look like new. I have sent out my area rugs and I know that when they come back they will be as good as new. I am always a happy customer! more

Very Professional AND Great Personal Service 4/8/2014

We had Colonial Chem Dry clean our conference room chairs, which are upholstered in white and are difficult to keep clean. The chairs look like new again! Mike and his service people couldn't have been more pleasant to deal with. Definitely a keeper for future cleaning needs! more

Great job, very professional 3/19/2014

It was easy to make a quick appointment with Colonial Chem Dry. The tech came out right on time after calling to let me know he was on his way. He presented a number of options for cleaning the basement carpet, so we had choices. He spent quite a bit of time on it and after it was dried it looks amazing! He was very upfront and honest about which stains he would not be able to get out (tie dye powder - incredible concentrated and bright - no hope!) and everything else came right up. I'll be looking for a Chem Dry franchise after we move to do all the carpets in our new home. Great experience! more
