Great job! 1/26/2013

My carpets were cleaned the other day and to say I am impressed is an understatement. Professional, courteous, prompt and efficient are some of the adjectives used in the reviews that I read. Guess what? It is all true! Add to that Phil L really knows not only carpet, but window treatments as well. Who ever thought that a carpet cleaning company would clean window treatments, hardwood floors and tile and grout among other things! The carpet looks amazing and I am so happy that I finally called made the appointment. I asked Phil to put me on a reminder list so I will get them done annually. Great job Phil and Colonial Chem-Dry. It is a pleasure doing business with you. more

Very happy with experience 1/15/2013

We've used Colonial Chem Dry for both spot cleaning (black shoe polish and melted black rubber) as well as tile and carpet cleaning. We've been very happy with every experience and would highly recommend. more

Upholstery and Stairs 10/15/2012

Manny did an outstanding Job , the carpet on my stair looks as good as the day we moved into our house - I had my couch and loveseat cleaned, they came out beautiful - We are very pleased with the service and quality of work -- not to mention Manny was great with my 2 dogs, he wasnt bothered by them at all -- this was my first time useing a cleaning company and it was a great experience more

We have been using Chem Dry for over 18 years. Our carpets have withstood three kids and a dog. They are especially dirty these days. Last month, when the man came to clean the carpets, he was able to make them look so good, I no longer fantasized about buying new ones!The guy was energetic and really took pride in his work. He worked very hard, showed me what he was doing and even made friends with my dog!Thank you Chem dry. I mean it. more

Quick, friendly service! 8/31/2012

Manny has been out several times since we bought our home and always does a great job. We have two small, yapping dogs and he is unfailingly good humored with them and never seems annoyed by their barking, a big plus in my book! He is in and out quick and my carpets are nice and clean when he is done. I appreciate the advice he has given on my spot-cleaning attempts, too. more

Superb Customer Service & Professionalism 4/25/2012

From Kerri our C/S rep to the technician who came to our home, this was a 100 positive experience. Our cleaning was estimated at 2-3 hours. Tech was here over 4 hours with no additional costs, and he was very grateful we offered him water or soft drinks while he worked (although he politely declined). I know we won't wait another 10 years to have the carpets done!!! more

Everything was excellent! 2/17/2012

I am extremely happy with the service that Phil L. provided. He arrived on schedule, took plenty of time to explain options and what the process would be, and the end result is beautiful. Our carpets had several stains from 2 dogs (and 2 kids) and I couldn't be happier. I plan to highly recommend Phil and Chem-Dry, have him clean my carpets in the future, and am looking into their new hardwood floor treatment as well. Thank you so much! more

My master bedroom and walk-in closet carpeting were cleaned yesterday. The carpet was quite dirty and had a number of spots on it. It now looks like new again. Your staff is professional, contientious, and always does a perfect job. I will continue to recommend you. more
