Colonial Chem Dry never disappoints! 1/31/2012

The tech arrived on time and was very professional,friendly and made a couple good suggestions. The carpets are really clean clean and not at all sticky. It did take a bit longer to dry however b/c the day was warm and the heat wasn't on. That was not a problem for us. I would Colonial Chem-Dry again and recommend your service to others without reservation. I WILL use them again! more

Carpet and Tile/Grout Cleaning 1/30/2012

Carpet - always top-notch and highly recommended. Tile & Grout; first time for travertine tile floor with tinted grout. Very nice work - cleaned up and evened grout discoloration and re-sealed. Did not make grout "perfect," but better and less noticeable. Sealing not glossy, but matte, which we like. Would recommend too. more

The best carpet cleaning!! 11/30/2011

I have been using Colonial Chem Dry for about 9 years. I thought I was going to have to replace my carpet in the family room when we bought our house, but after they cleaned it it looked like new! Every year we have them come and clean the carpet and it always looks like new! The workers are pleasant and polite. They do a great job and leave the place looking great! more

I trust chem dry to take good care of my carpets in a speedy and professional way 11/29/2011

Tim was excellent and very knowledgable about the cleaning process. I had several spots of animal accidents which have totally been extracted with this cleaning process. We were able to walk on the carpeting within a few hour of comp;eation . I thank you chem dry, I now do not have to have my carpeting replaced!!! more
