I wish that I could upload photos of the tile/grout work that I am expected to pay several hundred dollars for, it looks like the laziest mop job I've ever seen, there is still even dirt in all corners and some extend out up to a foot from the wall. The tile looks EXACTLY the same as it did before so-called "Professional Cleaning", AND there were numerous visible puddles of water left on my hardwood floors. They performed duct work and carpets that I have to seriously question the quality of now. I am waiting for my blinds to be returned to me and cringe at what I might receive. All of this PALES in comparison to the answers that I have received from the office staff/women. I have been informed that "anyone can call and say they aren't satisfied" implying in no uncertain terms that they will be the deciders of what that means and that I WILL be inconvenienced regardless of protest. All I wanted and would have been satisfied with to move on, was a discount for my dissatisfaction, as advertised would be guaranteed. Now there is NO WAY I will be satisfied, I cannot get this time and frustration back. I will not forget this experience. So I very grudgingly agreed to receive a call today to work out a time for said, inspection/re-clean. The stunning disregard from the office staff shines again by clearly not communicating to the poor worker that I was not in the mood to be played with and that he needed to schedule ahead with me, instead calling to say he was on his way and to expect him in such and such minutes. I have a job! When I explained the situation to him he informed me that per office staff I could "just call back next week". Clearly they do not care about how they've wasted my money and my time. I have used the Louisville Coit services numerous times in the past and never had such an experience. I will no longer be singing their praises. The damage is done. I just want my blinds back and to move on with my life. Too many other options out there.
