On time, courteous and a nob well done 10/23/2016

We had 4 bottles of red wine in a rack that fell over breaking allbottles. Coit came out 3 times, as that much spill kept wicking to the surface, until the carpet was satisfactorially clean. That was two and a half years ago. Because we have light carpeting throughout Coit has been back several times and always done a good job. more

Carpet looked great, however a Glade Oil Plug-in air freshener was accidentally knocked out of the outlet and the oil leaked out and strained what had just been cleaned. Since the condo was for... 10/23/2016

Carpet looked great, however a Glade Oil Plug-in air freshener was accidentally knocked out of the outlet and the oil leaked out and strained what had just been cleaned. Since the condo was for sale, and sitting empty, I did not see the stain until later that week when I went to check on it. The stain was dried and I've been unable to get it up. more

When they cleaned my furniture in my den , they sprayed the cushions on my carpet , then walked on my area carpet and left footprints that I could not get cleaned in areas that I did not have cleaned. more
