I had never used COIT before and was basically very pleased. Jeff (last name unknown) who cleaned the dryer vents and air ducts was AWESOME. Very professional, very knowledgeable of services COIT has to offer. I have six INSIDE ONLY cats and he was very careful about doors being open so my cats could not get outside. Being an animal lover himself he was very aware of my concerns. Marvin I believe it was cleaned the carpet and again I explained about my cats. He said the door had to be partially open because of the hoses and I watched the doors. When he was finished I walked into the living room & the front door was left WIDE OPEN !! AGAIN I EXPLAINED ABOUT THE CATS, I was not happy about the oversight but let it go. Obviously he doesn't have pets or I feel he would have been more careful. This is really my only issue but the staff needs to be aware when a customer tells someone they have pets that are INSIDE ONLY that means INSIDE ONLY & they need to watch doors being left open. Thank you.
