Great job 3/16/2017

The duct cleaning is a great value. My wife constantly complained about having to dust everyday, since the cleaning last week she hasn't had to dust once. We are breathing much better in our home, also. Great job! more

Cost was to high 3/15/2017

It seemed expensive for the small amount that was cleaned. It was not a very big area that I needed cleaned. But the guys where very nice and did a great job. My carpets looked great. more

Aaron Latham came to our home today and left it a much better place. He cleaned things I didn't think could be cleaned. And he did everything pleasantly, answered questions gaciously and explained what he was doing and what we could expect. No way anyone could ask for more than that. He is certainly a valuable asset to your company. So glad to have this opportunity to give him the praise he is due. more

Pleasant experience 3/13/2017

I like COIT Cleaning and Restoration because their employees are pleasant and do their job, do it quick, and do it right--and I'm very pleased. They recently cleaned the carpet in the living room and hall, and two bedrooms as well. It was easy to make an appointment and the cleaners were on time. They asked for my feedback and did what I wanted them to do. more

The tech called ahead when he was headed my way. He came on time, was polite and hard working and did a great job. He was conscientious in pointing out a few stains he could not get out. He did a thorough job. I will use this company again. A good all around experience and much cleaner upholstery! more

Too easy... priced right 3/10/2017

Had a bright orange,red,yellow flowered area rug on a white background. Not a practical purchase, but so beautiful. Pets, winter, and traffic had taken its toll. Worried about carrying it to someone since I'm not as strong at my age, but process was perfect. They came in, checked out rug and gave me what I considered a fair price. They rolled it up, and took it away, returned early and beautiful. more

Fast, Efficient and Professional! 3/10/2017

Coit men done an outstanding job on cleaning my ducts. House just freshly painted. They were extremely careful to not scuff any wall or woodwork. Very nice and friendly. Explained in detail their process. Showed what they vacuumed from the ducts. Unbelievable what the filters catch. Got 3 prices. Coit beat all 3 handily. more

Expected better stain removal from carpet. Granite cleaning had great shine for most areas but not all. Was a sealer applied? Doesnt seem so 3/10/2017

Both men were very friendly. Workman stayed busy. Apprentice spent too much time trying to oversell: vent cleaning especially, as well as area rug cleaning. Disappointed that their shoes were not covered like every other service that enters my home. more
