I have used Coit on many occasions and the people that come out are very nice and polite and do great work. I'm sure I could find a cheaper place to use but why take a chance of getting sub standard cleaning more

Have been Coit customers for years. 10/23/2016

Will call on Coit in the future. Coit technician were successful in removing sticky residue from dining room hardwood. The residue was from a carpet mat under the rug that was meant to protect the floors. I had not been able to remove the residue on my own with hardwood cleaner. They also cleaned my duct work after kitchen remodeling. more

They cleaned an upholstered chair for me. The chair was wet when he left and I did not realize that one side of the back cushion did not get as clean as the other. The technician was very respectful and very nice, but I wish I had realized that the chair was not as clean on one side. more

Good but disappointed by tech's actions 10/21/2016

Have been using coit for 7 years. Excellent experience setting up the appointment with our favorite & regular sales rep. Carpets were cleaned thoroughly, however, we were deeply disturbed & disgusted that the cleaning tech (who allegedly has been cleaning for 19 yrs) used our children's bathroom and clogged the toilet. Repulsive and unacceptable. more

We have used COIT for several years and they continue to deliver as promised. They pick up on schedule, they do an outstanding job of cleaning and this last time when we examined the rugs we found they even repaired the perimeter backing without being asked and without charging extra. COIT goes the extra mile. We are happy customers. more

Good Value for Great Performance 10/19/2016

Cleaned numerous area rugs (even "catty" ones) well, and returned them well-wrapped for storage if needed. Duct cleaning was much more thorough than a competitor, with special equipment, and sealing up of all the leaky spots in the basement ducts. And everyone I dealt with was just so darn nice! more
