Coit is my #1 home cleaning solution and upholstery protection company! Coit cleans my carpet, drapes, blinds, shades, accent rug, upholstery chair, and treats and protects my leather sofa. Coit has also cleaned my ducts that had never been cleaned before and I was amazed at the amount of dirt and dust Coit removed from all of my ducts. I have had to use them twice for carpet cleaning services on my personal residence and have been very pleased with the price and professionalism. I also own a small HVAC company and refer Coit to all of my customers who need duct cleaning. more

They do not return calls from unsatisfied customers ..They took 3 hours longer to do the job because of faulty equiptment .. more

Cleaned 2 large rugs, 1 saturated with dog and possibly cat urine. Also treated wood floor that my cat decided to use as his litter box. The stench was horrible. 8/18/2016

Paul, from The Lexington office is my hero. He showed up alone, carried out 2 10X12 wool rugs alone, moved a pool table alone and then treated my cat urine saturated floor. Rugs removed, wood floor treated and the stench was gone. Rugs were sent to Louisville for cleaning because one was so bad. (These were expensive wool rugs that I was ready to pitch.) A few weeks later the rugs come back, cleaned and treated and the stench is gone! Highly recommend Coit. more

Waste of time and money 7/27/2016

The carpet was not bad prior to cleaning. Is worse now. Deodorizer was used and carpet stinks now! A call was made to clean again because we were very u happy. Technician spot cleaned one corner and also pulled up carpet in that area and left it. Afte the whole house smelled TERRIBlLE for days!! My carpet is damaged and the cleaning made it look and smell worse. Also put a dent in bedroom wall when placing floor protectors under bed. This was a referral from friend. Said no other will be better. The salesman a d the advertised guarantee sold us even though it was much more expensive than other quotes we were given by other companies. He was like well you get what you pay for. Said he guaranteed the deodorizer they use would absolutely eliminate any odor - not true!! The previous owners did not care for the carpet well that is why we wanted a good quality service. The salesperson was like oh your carpets not af at all. There were no area stains just needed a good deep cleaning. It is much worse now a d there was damage done to the carpet and wall. The guarantee a d service is a waste of time and money. Not happy!!! We called after first cleaning said they would make it right. Not true. Much worse! more

Would not recommend 7/26/2016

This is the first time, I have had my carpets cleaned, that not even the flower pots were moved to clean under. I would not recommend you carpet cleaning services. more

Moderately satisfied 7/21/2016

I was satisfied with the professionalism of the two men that cleaned my air ducts. The only dis-satisfaction was that I found out that they were really not that dirty. Thus I am not sure the $550 that it cost me was a good value for me. more

My biggest issue was a large (room size) oriental room with pet damage. It came back sweet and clean, but that service is a bit pricey compared to in-home services. more

Best Cleaner in Town 7/20/2016

Coit is always professional and they do a great job. They came out and cleaned all of our hardwood floors and duct work. The floors look like new. I highly recommend Coit. more

Area Rugs and Upholstery Cleaning 7/18/2016

I've used Coit several times, and most recently had my area rugs and some upholstered items cleaned. I had a couple tough stains on a light colored rug that came out beautifully. They have also cleaned my sectional sofa it looks like new. more
