annual tune up and more 12/16/2015

Jason serviced our furnace and found broken circulator that making noise on and off, which the prior technician could not. Instead of have someone come out next time to replace the part. He went above and beyond, called the office and stayed over to replace the broken part, he took time to explain everything. He is professional and knowledgeable .We are very please with service he performed. more

Contacted Waltons for a possible heater problem 12/11/2015

Tech came to house within a hour . Determined problem in less than 5 minutes . Determined that we had a pin hole in the hotwater pipe in our crawl space , Tech fixed problem and updated a few air valves at the same time Frist Class service by a Frist Class business. more

furnace service 12/10/2015

John was the service guy we requested for this years furnace cleaning; because he did such a great job last year. Our furnace is very touchy and has to be adjusted perfectly in order for smooth operation. We were very pleased with his work this year, except our heater decided to give us problems not related to the service work. Dave Henninger was then our next service tech that came out the very same day we called. He fixed the problem. Thanks so much for responding within hours. Everyone including the person taking our call was pleasant and made us feel like we were a priorty. more

Switched to Walton after being with another company for several years. Jason in Truck# 2 performed a thorough and efficient tune up. He was professional and detailed, and took the time to show me areas of concern that he needed to clean up. Very happy with my experience and my decision to switch to Walton Oil. more
