Dave H. came to the office 10/20/15 for our quarterly filter change and condensate line check. Working with Dave over the years has been effortless. His work is superb! Clyde S. Walton, Inc. has been supporting our office for heating/air conditioning needs for nearly four years. They have been responsive and reasonable servicing our repair needs even through the eventual replacement of our roof top unit which went like clockwork! more

Excellent 10/19/2015

Glenn was right on time for my preventive maintenance appointment. It was a good thing he came because there were numerous problems with my oil burner that needed to be fixed or I would not have heat. Thanks to Walton's Platinum maintenance program, my costs will be minor. It would have been very costly without the contract. Great job, nice guy. more

Jason truck #2 quickly diagnosed the problem and reset all the settings and I got away with just a service charge. He was very helpful. more

Furnace and Heating Maintenance 10/16/2015

I was very pleased by the service done by Clyde S. Walton, Inc. from setting up the appointment until Jason left our home after doing the required maintenance. Customer Service was able to set up our appointment prior to the service contract expiring. They were kind and accommodating. Although the servicing was time consuming, he arrived on time, he was helpful and professional. Thank you! more

Oil heater annual tuneup a success 10/15/2015

Bob Booz from Walton Oil came out this week to check the heater for its annual checkup. It's a very old heater but he knew everything about the heater. He replaced some parts, performed maintenance and cleaned it up and did a great job. He was on time and answer any questions I had.. Another great experience with Walton Oil. more

First....3 excellent Walton men...Dave, Rich, and Ken....did a lot of pre evaluation of the existing heater...to determine the need for a new heater and to get all the data. An all day installation with Bill and Dan went very well.....and as usual, we are very pleased with the product and all the individuals that helped. more
