technician arrived quickly when requested service, no air conditioning. He was able to determine problem and correct it. Because I did not know what the red light on thermostat meant it would have been helpful if someone could have given me that information on the phone and saved me a service call. more

Emergency call for no hot water. 10/10/2015

I must say that I love Clyde S. Walton. I have been with this company for over 25 years. Last week when I went to take a shower and had no hot water and had to call for an emergency appointment. The service department employees were very kind and courteous and got someone to come out that morning as soon as they could. My technician was Jason and he was right on time. Jason was very kind and courteous as well as thorough when diagnosing the problem with my heater. Jason did a very nice job with cleaning the heater and having someone from sales call me right away to discuss new heater options. I am and have been very pleased with Waltons employees and have no desire to use any other company. Thank you for your prompt and excellent service. more

My landlord called Walton about our furnace. Jason was right on time. He thoroughly checked out the system, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He spoke with my landlord on the phone to get each step approved for payment. The time and consideration he took to show me what he was doing, was beyond my expectations. And I have hot water again!! Thank you so much, Jason! We will stick with Walton! more

Heating not working - all working now! 10/7/2015

Bill Fisher came out from Walton's at short notice to address the issue of my heating not working. He was a very friendly and competent fellow who (a) got the system working properly and (b) took the time to explain the finer points of it's operation and the functionality of my boiler. more

Our yearly service was done by Ambrose Souder this year. He arrived on time and worked in a very professional manor. He explained what he was doing, and left the area cleaner than it was when he arrived. He is a great asset for Waltons. more

All of my expectations were met for a service call. The technician was very familure with the heating system. He finished on time, was pleasant, and left no traces of being there. Other then a job well done. The office is also very courteous. It doesn't take more then one contact to get service. more
