Collin Murray & (Hank) truck #3 were just super! Tuned up the heater and were very good and answered all questions. Always great people, well trained and very nice. I have recommended Walton before and I will again ! more

New unit not installed completely correct, came right away and fixed the promble quickly. 12/2/2015

Just installed a new system last June, everything was working properly after installation, until I turned on my heat 5 months later. I have a complicated system where the heat pump is primary and when that no longer is efficient due to the temperature drop, the system automatically switches to the oil burner. That was not happening due to incorrect wiring. The tech found the problem right a way, and corrected the issues. more

Jason was helpful. However, when he recommended a chimney expert to put in a flue liner the number he provided was out of service. Excellent Service 12/1/2015

My gas furnace suddenly stopped working. Within 30 minutes a tech was over to check out the problem. A part was needed and it was installed the next day. Jason was the tech who installed and fixed my gas heater. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I will without a doubt use Walton's again.Excellent company with very great employees. more

Heater Service 12/1/2015

We had trouble with our humidifier on our heating unit and Jason did a great job working through the problem. Walton is a great company and has good people. I have two properties and both have service plans with Walton because they do a great job 24/7. more

Great service and good price 11/29/2015

We love our new Mitsubishi mini-split. Cutting off the duct work from our elderly heat pump means it works better in the rest of the house, and the mini-split in our newly expanded kitchen is totally up to its zone and beyond. The installers worked hard through a long day and left us in very good shape. We're really glad we chose you to do this work for us. more

Jason responded to my no heat emergency call in a timely manner. He quickly determined the problem and repaired the heater. He was courteous and polite. He was very professional and, in my opinion, he is a great asset to the Walton company. more

heater working better now because 11/27/2015

our service technician noticed a part on oil burner not working correctly. For years we didn't have good heat output and thought it was due to older thermostat. Changed the thermostat but the output was still the same. So, we now realized that there was a problem which we felt was there pretty much from the beginning of owning the furnace. Now note a major difference. Thank you! more

Jason (Truck #2) came out today and performed the annual maintenance on our furnace. He was very professional while he worked in our house. He explained the issues he found with our furnace and made the necessary repairs. Jason is an excellent technician working for an excellent company. more
