Review content:
John was the service guy we requested for this years furnace cleaning; because he did such a great job last year. Our furnace is very touchy and has to be adjusted perfectly in order for smooth operation. We were very pleased with his work this year, except our heater decided to give us problems not related to the service work. Dave Henninger was then our next service tech that came out the very same day we called. He fixed the problem. Thanks so much for responding within hours. Everyone including the person taking our call was pleasant and made us feel like we were a priorty.
