Arrived a few minutes early. Serviceman was professional and nice. Inspected and cleaned heater and showed me some potential problems. Felt he did a much better job than other companies I have used in the past. Would recommend highly. more

Jason (truck 2) arrived at 7:55am for an 8am appointment, and the service level continued to get even better from there. 2 furnaces and a heat pump were serviced and Jason explained the process along the way. Jason pointed out useful and easy maintenance tips for the homeowner to do between maintenance visits as well as things to monitor on a periodic basis in order to detect developing issues. Jason is very knowledgeable with many years in the industry and hope to see him on a future visit. I have been using Walton for nearly 20 years and they continue to impress. more

Humidifier not working properly, Dave arrived & knew the solution which he explained clearly, He then rerouted the wiring and tied the operation directly to our smart thermostat and taught us how to control humidity from that rather than having to use the humidistat in the basement. Job well done! more

Great Service Experience 11/17/2015

Walton's called and said that Jason had finished his prior assignment early and asked if I would mind if he started early on our call. Now that's what I call getting off to the right start. Jason arrived early, set about his work efficiently and kept me apprised of his progress along the way. He replace a part which was wearing out and before he left was careful to clean up his work area. I can always count on a professional technician from Walton's and Jason is a fine representative of the organization. more

New air conditioning installation 11/15/2015

These guys did a great job! They were here when promised (even worked late on 2nd day due to the complexities of the air handler being installed). They were friendly, courteous, and didn't leave even a little mess. I highly recommend the Walton company for heating, oil deliveries and a/c service. I've used them for several years and they've always given quick and efficient service when needed. more

Review of Heater Maintenance 11/13/2015

Jason, Heater Technician, serviced my heater today & did a fabulous job. Our prior service co. failed to annually inspect the smoke pipe and he found 20 years with of debris in there, and replaced the rusted parts. He also replaced the heater motor and overall gave the most thorough maintenance check-up we ever had. He cleaned up, explained everything he was doing and was very professional. more

Excellent service 11/12/2015

Our technician, Jason, was able to explain the technology of our unit in a way that we were able to easily understand. He arrived at our house exactly on time and was efficient in completing the service of a heater/air conditioner yearly check. We were very pleased with Waltons. more

Professional, friendly and thorough 11/10/2015

Walton can be counted on for excellent customer service, attention to detail, fair and competitive pricing and old fashioned work ethics when it comes to doing business. And their technicians are courteous and careful not to get any dirt in your house! Bill Fisher was the most recent technician to handle our annual cleaning and he went the extra mile to take a look at our fireplace insert which I thought was having some trouble (the trouble was me as it turns out!). Thanks Walton for a job always well done. more

Heating Service 11/6/2015

I spoke with Chris Walton about an issue we were having with our new Lennox Air Handler. He promised to schedule Dave Henninger to come out when it was convenient for us. Needless to say, Dave was on time and did a great job balancing the CFM for us. He explained exactly why he made the adjustments and made sure we were happy with the final outcome. Dave treats our system like it was his own. Walton's should be proud of thorough job he does and how he represents your company! more
