The installers did a great job at a great price. They were both knowledgeable and prompt. They answered all of my questions and completed the install in a fast and efficient manner. I would definitely recommend Walton to anyone in the area that needs great service at a reasonable price. more

2nd floor A/C unit 7/27/2015

This is our 2nd experience with Walton's in 3 years. They have replace both of our A/C units now. They had the best price of 4 other companies (one of which advertises heavily on the radio & TV). The installers were professional, courteous, and most importantly... did a great job! I would certainly recommend Walton's to anyone. The followup call from Chris Walton made us feel like we were more than just another customer! more

I give every department an A. The sales rep was knowledgeable about the products, was patient with all my questions and returned calls immediately. The technicians were well trained, friendly, worked hard and kept the work areas clean (laying drop cloths on the carpets, removing trash daily and sweeping up). The head installer also checked on the job site two times a day to make sure everything was running smoothly. The sales office was extremely friendly, spot on with the paperwork including the handling of rebate and warranty submissions and everything was done in a timely fashion. more

Glenn T, Dan H and Collin replace oil tank 7/10/2015

Just wanted to take a minute to thank Waltons for their proffesional workmanship. Glenn was at my home last week a proformed a service to my heater. Today Glenn, and 2 other gentlemen came to my home to replace my old oil tank. They worked as a team, put drop cloths down on my floor, and cleanned up before they left. Thank you for such awesome service. We've been a customer for the past 15 yrs. And will continue to stay loyal to Clyde S. Walton. more

No Hot Water 6/28/2015

After getting heater maintenance done we found that night we did not have any hot water. Called Walton first thing Monday morning and they were at my house first thing. Technician Glenn T was able to find the problem and resolve it within 40 minutes. He discovered that the original transformer went bad and that model was no longer available, but he was able to find a model and made it work. The service and work was provided me with a good feeling working with a company like Walton. more

We were very pleased. Walton was punctual, courteous, and cleaned up each day. They installed a new furnace and central air in 2 days and we are very happy. This is our second experience with Walto and we would recommend them to anyone. more

Fair price, prompt services. 6/18/2015

I have been shopping around to replace my new units. After a year, i've decided to go with Walton. The price was fair and the service was prompt, and the rating from other customers sounded good. There was a bit of mis-communications about the return to complete the job the next day but it all worked out. All the workers were very nice, worked hard and cleaned up well after job was done. I hope that my new units will live up to its name and a great return for the investment. more

We had a service call on Tuesday June 9th, Glenn T. came to the rescue, Glenn is very knowledgeable , completely thorough , very professional, when I would ask questions about what was going on with our heater he was very patient and kind in answering everything and bringing me out of worry mode into its OK everything will be fine. The installation team arrived promptly each day. They were careful of our things moving and replacing items that obstructed their work. Work progressed with great efficiency and we were always informed of what was going on. They also readily answered our questions in a clear manner. At days end they cleaned up carefully. They did a great job installing our air conditioning system. It was done on time and they came when they said they were going to. The only thing I saw that they missed was a couple of test holes they drilled in the family room for one of the vents were not filled. more

I was really impressed with the whole team...from the Sales rep who explained the process, the office personnel and then with the two installers who performed the job. The installers were prompt, friendly, courteous and professional. They took great care with my home and cleaned up after themselves. An all around outstanding performance. Excellent process 6/3/2015

Heat pump after almost 20 years was in need of replacement. I secured quotes from several local contractors. Walton's from their salesman to their installers exceeded my expectations. Honest pricing/quote first time was different then other installers. Very pleased with the replacement heat pump. And Waltons. more
