My dealer representative Bob Collins handled our exchange very professionally, and made me feel very secure that I wasn't being taken advantage of. However, dealings with finance were less than professional satisfactory as I was given a hand-scribbled slip of paper when I ASKED for a receipt for my cash down payment (I wasn't offered or automatically given one) Then, although I had a phone offer from BECU for a great interest rate, the financial representative came back stating they wanted another $700 in cash down. When I instead took my sales order to BECU myself, I got an even lower interest rate with nothing more down required. Also when I brought back the check, I was again not offered a receipt for it, and rather than a receipt, the financial person simply scribbled a signature and date on a copy of my check. No stamp to show it was paid or anything. Very sloppy business practices in my book. Overall tho I was happy with the car purchase and felt I was treated fairly.
