Hassle free car buying 7/2/2013

This was the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. From the moment we first visiting the dealership we were treated with kindness and respect. Every person we dealt with at this dealership was great to work and you didn't feel like they were trying to finagle more money out of you. The vehicle we liked was a little out of our price range, but they did everything they could to make it happen for us. We could have purchased a different vehicle at a slightly lower price elsewhere but I really wanted the Traverse and would rather give my business to a dealership like this one. We will definitely be repeat customers. Highly recommend. more

I felt all the people I dealt with were direct and up-front with me. There was no haggling and they were competitive with offers being made by other dealers. They clearly laid out the details of their offer. Their friendliness made it a good buying experience. more

Timely Professional Work 6/28/2013

Starting from the time that I walked in the door for my service appointment and I was greeted by name, all staff were professional and knowledgeable. Issues were diagnosed, parts were ordered, and repairs were completed all in one day. Working with Dan, he was personable, friendly and professional. I was very happy with the service provided. more

was completely satisfied with the top effort of our salesman john, he didn't pressure and made sure all bases were covered, when I gave an answer he didn't push and worked on different avenues till an agreeable compromise was met. I wasn't planning on buying a new car for at least 6 more months, unless it was a sweet deal. excellent sales and customer service. more
