Emergency help 7/26/2013

We were getting ready to return home to California when the service engine soon light came on and would not go off. We called Chuck Olson Chevrolet and they got us in the next day and located the problem. They kept me up to date on the progress. They were helpful and considerate. more

Honest Service 7/25/2013

I was impressed with the speed and efficiency of this dealership. The only change I would recommend is to empower the initial sales person (in my case, Rob P.) to make decisions rather than relying on the manager to negotiate the deal. This gives the wrong impression. Luckily, the manager (Carlos) was quite helpful. more

Great Customer service! 7/24/2013

I have purchased at least half a dozen cars so far in my life and I would have to say that Chuck Olson's crew from sales to finance is at the top when it comes to service! I would highly recommend them to anyone I know. Even after purchasing my new truck I was shocked at the follow up to ensure that I'm totally satisfied with my purchase and the quality of my vehicle. Just a side note working with Bill on my truck sale was great, he was professional and any company should be proud to have him as part of their team! Great job guys!! more
