My car knows the way by itself, practically 11/23/2013

I have a beloved 21 year old 4-door Lumina my mom gave me when she was too old to drive. It's the perfect errand car, and I drive it 3,000 miles a year. I get the oil changed quarterly, and do repairs as I can afford them. Chuck Olsen has a great waiting room, and listens to my concerns, They tell me which repairs must be done now and which can wait. I feel confident in them to a degree I don't with others. Thanks, guys! more

Clean, Friendly, prompt, complete service. They went the extra mile. Derek, the Service Manager, even picked me up since the courtesy shuttle was would be a while, and brought me to the dealership to get my truck. more

Great service at Chuck Olson 11/21/2013

Took the new Volt in for a tweak to the charge port door and did a update on power inverter module at same time. Service was quick, professional and fixed the problem. more

Pleased with process except for not being asked if I had two "remote entry" for my car and they re-programed one but rendered my wife's useless. Would have thought you would have asked if I had two because they needed to be done together. Required another trip to the dealership the next day. Was a hassle. more

Gas Leak 11/13/2013

I found out my Chevy Cobalt had a recall on the fuel pump in my car. The recall did not include my car but then honored it anyway and extended my warranty. No hassle at all! So nice to walk out of there without spending a penny. Great customer service as well. more

Good service experience 11/12/2013

Came in for a software update on my Chevy Volt. It was performed while I waited in their nice lounge area with free wi-fi access. Enjoyed talking with a couple of other Chevrolet owners and before long we were all on our way. more
