Fast and accurate 10/19/2013

I dropped my car off for a routine service and a repair. They told me it would be about a 2 hour wait time. I was paid and out the door in 45 minutes! Thanks guys! Great job! more

Bad info on parts!! 10/11/2013

I recently call about a key fob for my 2000 C5, I was told they only have 1 in stock $99 plus $30 in program, when I got there, I was told I must have the wrong store, cus they don't have it in stock, after I confirm is the right place, the talk to me 10mins ago is out to lunch, I was ask to come back another they so they can pick one up from another store. The service dept was nice enough to void program cost, but the key fob got changed to $119 vs $99. NOT happy with my experience what so ever! more

Friendly, Knowledgeable, and Informative 10/7/2013

Daniels has taken care of my 2012 Chevy Sonic and I since I purchased it. Daniels is very helpful. Everything from oil changes, recalls, and warranty repairs have been taken care of in a prompt fashion. They have even tracked me down a loaner car in the instance that required them to order a part that took them a day to receive. more

Above and Beyond 10/7/2013

Chuck Olson went above and beyond for service. AFter dealing with several sensors going off in a negative way, I thought my car was against me. They paid for the tow, took it apart and replaced the entire brain of the car so I would not have to deal with the problem in the future. They could have done a quick fix, but they went and replaced all parts. No band-aid jobs here. I recommend them highly. more
