Predatory service sales tactics. Tried to sell my mom over a $1000 of work that was entirely unneeded. Went back to check my records. They had convinced me to do timing belt at 68k and then when I had it in for an alternator at 106k they tried to convince me to do it again. Has anyone ever heard of doing a timing belt after 40k? (I don't think so.) These people prey on women who they think are patsy's. They also tried to convince me of brake fluid flush (untrue) and trans flush(also untrue). Liars more

Hassle free shopping 11/4/2013

After visiting other auto dealers that only wanted to mess around with interest rates making auto loans un-affordable Chuck Olsen made our selection of vehicle a sale by finding us the best interest rates and lowest payments than even we expected in about an hour and a half. Our salesman Demetre Pagonis was actually one of the best car salesman I have ever worked with, kudos to him and the rest of Chuck Olsen Chevrolet. more

We were helped by Jonathan Salter from the Internet Sales department, (though we first met him there in person.) Jonathan was very helpful and knowledgeable. The experience was very relaxed and didn't coincide with any fears I might have had about purchasing a vehicle. The sales manager and finance manager were also very helpful, polite, and patient. I highly recommend including them in your vehicle search. more

I had a rather urgent issue that came up with my car. I drove right in, and they took me right away, even without an appointment. I won't know for a while whether the problem was repaired, because it was a very intermittent problem. more

I brought in my 2013 Volt on a recall notice. I did not have an appointment. My service advisor, who was very courteous, had me in and out in a half hour. I seldom have that good a service anywhere else. Keep up the good work! more
