Typical car salesmen - will say anything to sell you an overpriced piece of junk. Bought a new Kia there last year with promises of great warranteed Kia auto service (I was told I could cancel AAA). Don't do it. Kia's roadside service, unlike as explained by the Chuck Olson salespeople, is far from efficient or considerate. My car has been recalled twice, and 5 days before the warranty expired the car's alternator broke. Kia's roadside service had people tow it. The people who came were small locally contracted people. One boy came out who looked 15 years old. The other was an unshaven guy who scraped the car bumper while getting it on the tow truck and who made me sign a receipt without filling it out or giving me a receipt, although he promised to do so. On Saturday, when the car was towed, I was told by a Chuck Olson' Chevrolet agent that I could get a substitute car once the problem was diagnosed. On Monday, once I called, the service department there told me this was completely untrue. I asked when the car would be ready. The service department, in particular someone named ""Bill,"" sounded completely unconcerned that I was without a car and told me he would ""get to it"" when they could. He could not even supply an ESTIMATE of time it would be looked at.
Pros: Polite and pleasant receptionists
Cons: Lying salesmen and inconsiderate service department.
