I went to Chuck Olson's service department for the installation of my Northwest Protection Package. While I acknowledge the exterior "finishing" is probably a scam I, what attracted me is the interior work promised should their be a mess I cannot clean out myself.
Where I was discouraged is when I tried to schedule the appointment. I had to go back & forth when the receptionist because these packages are not installed on Saturday's which is the day I wanted. In the end, I was able to rearrange my schedule and get it done in a Friday, but that was a bit disheartening.
On a positive note, I was able to use a courtesy vehicle for the day instead of sitting and waiting.
